If you're looking to buy or sell a home here in Louisville, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not working with Neal Cox as your Realtor.
While working with Neal, I've learned that he is a Louisville native, so he knows the market area VERY well - not many agents can say that! Buying a home with Neal was easy and simple. Neal was able to offer sound advice about certain areas we'd enjoy as a family, offer suggestions of restaurants to try out and even different doctors/vets/clinics to look into once we moved. Since he's a native, he was able to recommend different home-related businesses like cleaning services, plumbers, electricians, etc, so that we were prepared if anything were to happen. I'm thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the Louisville area as well as his attention to detail when it came to the little things. He was so generous with his time with us - and never rushed us while making an education decision.
