Negar and Jean-Marc did an excellent job. It was an absolute pleasure working with Negar and Jean-Marc. They teamed up with our realtor Mary Ciminelli, as she was out of town when we wanted to get our home listed. Negar and Jean-Marc are amazing! Upon meeting them, we instantly felt like old friends. They were infinitely patient with us as we considered virtually every neighborhood in greater Park City. Literally not enough I can say about Negar and her husband. Amazing team. They made the impossible happen for me and my family. Honest, transparent and you know what what - absolutely amazing. My wife and I worked with Negar to sell our home in the Enclave at Sun Canyon. Her knowledge of Enclave is unmatched having represented the original developer and the vast majority of resales over the past 10 years. Negar was intimately familiar with the neighborhood and construction, and was able to point out upgrades in our home that differed from similar homes. The entire process of working with Negar was highly professional. She is very communicative and kept Laura and me regularly updated about showings, feedback, etc. Finally, Negar works incredibly hard for her clients - whether it was marketing, photos, open houses, proactively reaching out to prospective buyers, etc. Negar has our highest recommendations.
