Navigate homes built our dream retirement home, and did an incredible job. From the very beginning with the purchase of our lot, thru the entire design and build process, everyone we worked with at Navigate was awesome! From the moment we met Joe Hughes and his entire team, the process was seamless. Nate was especially great to work thru the entire building process. He was so patient and helpful with all the decisions we had to make! We’ve been in our home for over a year, and have had zero problems. Navigate built us a beautiful, well built home! We love it and will recommend Navigate without reservation!

am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up from the team. I submitted a detailed list of issues that need to be addressed in my brand-new home three weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any response or update. This level of communication is unacceptable, and I expected much better service. Very frustrating experience so far.

Wonderful experience with Navigate Homes. The planning/prebuild phase with Joe and Nate was easy and efficient. Rachael, Karl and Kollin helped the building phase go very smoothly. Rachael is so patient, kind and helpful when making all the choices for a new home.
Since moving in, we have had a few minor issues that have all been fixed within the first 6 weeks of living in our home. We feel very grateful to have worked with Navigate for our new home!

Excellent experience working with Navigate. Their team was extremely patient, prompt and knowledgeable when asked many many questions, starting with the first open house visit with David. This new home is well built and truly was move in ready at closing. Navigate has checked in frequently after the move to ensure new home issues were taken care of, which were very few - wall ding, missing light bulb, hole in a screen (curtesy of a wild turkey visit!). Highly recommend David Vahle and this team.

We bought our house from Navigate Homes in Iowa City and we love the house. Their build quality has been pretty great, and as it is a new house there are issues, but Navigate is quick to get them fixed and happy to do so. Would definitely buy another house built by Navigate!

When we decided to move from Colorado to Iowa City, we selected Navigate Homes for our home search. We chose Navigate Homes because we liked the style and design of the homes and the layout of the area and the homes floor plans also.
The home that our real estate agent took us to was a Condo/Duplex at Cardinal Pointe West. I loved the variety of homes, i.e., single family, townhomes and Condos. I felt it gave us a good selection to decide on our lifestyle. We picked the condo because we basically have no steps entering house or to garage, only going outside and down to yard. And also that we don't have to worry about cutting grass or snow removal.
I fell in love with the kitchen and openness of the house. The quality workmanship showed and loved the high quality fixtures and designs. We were also impressed with the knowledge that the Navigate team showed when they completed the walk through on our home before we moved.
After moving in, we discovered the wonderful area we had selected even more. Coming from Colorado, it can easily take hour to get to a nice restaurant or sporting event. Grocery stores and malls at least 30 minutes away.
Here, at Cardinal Pointe West, malls, grocery stores, downtown restaurants, all within 20 minute drive.
And we both love to walk and the sidewalk paths are really great for our activity.

Since day one Joe, Nate, Jason ,Curt and Carl showed professionalism and amiability , they always answer our questions and were attentive to our concerns. I really enjoyed working with them!
