Very fishy practices. Listed a property for rent, took it down within 12 hours, but sent out application and tour times. Took our application and fee money, AFTER, they then came back and said the rent was going up as opposed to what was advertised on the listing. We said we were still interested, we had a showing scheduled, and then they canceled the day before the showing and told us someone else was selected after performing background checks and hard inquiries on our credit. They've been unresponsive to our requests for our money back. Overall, very poorly handled situation for a beautiful house. I hope the owners are more ethical than the property manager. Everything was done incredibly scammy. Still waiting for a response to our refund of our application fee.
