My experience with Nathan Speaker was awesome. He has a great personality and is so easy to talk with. He was very attentive to me. He even took notes on the things I enjoyed most about each home and the things I didn't like. He went the extra mile in helping me find exactly what I wanted for me and my family. He is trustworthy and caring. He was well educated on the structures of homes and what needed repairing. He was more than patient with my very indecisive nature but one of things I liked the most is that he went to bat for me in negotiating the best price . He is trustworthy and caring. We had a great experience working with Nathan! He was very proactive, sending us multiple listings that met our criteria every day. When we found the home we wanted, we walked through the home and then he helped us get an offer written up that very same day. We were first time home buyers and Nathan helped walk us through every step of the process. He made it very simple and helped us understand the whole process. He helped answer our many, many questions! Nathan was easy to get ahold of and always returned calls and texts very quickly. After we closed, he brought us the nicest home-warming gift basket.
