We've had such a great experience with Natalie over the last few months that's it's my pleasure to write this review to tell you all about it. It seems like a dream that we just closed on our beautiful home after experiencing such a tough market to buy in to (thanks 2021 & 2022). Somehow though, Natalie made it happen - literally by magic! She came to us highly referred by my husband's work colleague. After a quick call and hubby's "yeah, let’s go with her” approval, we were on a FaceTime call introducing ourselves. Quickly we noticed her energy, motivation, drive and desire to find us our forever home. One thing I loved - and noticed from our FaceTime call- was just how easy going she was. Once we got started, we felt she was very neutral throughout our process and by that we mean, 1) not pushy at all (no pressure sales) and 2) when we asked for lender contacts, she offered up 3 companies/banks for us to shop around with and 3) we appreciated her honest feedback when a property didn’t meet a “purchasing standard”, she’d simply say, “we can find better than this place.” After our pre-qualification process, we hit the ground running. We toured a few houses and quickly realized we needed to change our approach in order to buy into this market. Natalie came up with a strategy and we pivoted. This is where her experience really showed and was extremely valuable, thank goodness! We toured an amazing house on a Sunday afternoon and quickly submitted an offer that night. She worked HARD the following day with the seller’s agent to close this deal by Monday afternoon. We were over-the-moon when Natalie called to inform us they had accepted our offer. Wow! In this market, we can’t believe we got a house that we wanted and it’s all thanks to her. We can’t recommend her enough!
