I found below features in the project:
1. A small gated township with security for peaceful living.
2. Built quality seems to be great.
3. Location is extremely good.

Cons:
The only con which I could found was the approach road of the society from the main road was in poor state. Could be improved by the authorities (indeed a push is required from the builder)

I am the owner of L-47 Villa. This Villa is at very prime location and when I came to see this Villa I was little confused but after coming here it went away because we got more according to our budget. The staff was very supportive and friendly especially the sales executive Shivam Upadhyay. Their behavior was very good. The facilities which we liked here are private garden, well design villa, community hall, park all facility in one place. Amazing experience to stay here. Well done

Hi , I am the owner of L-24 nandan Prime Villas, staying from last 6 months - sharing some real feedback about builder and the project management. They people will trap you by giving you false hope and promise. And after buying they will treat you like the unknown and not valuable customere anymore . About some big disadvantages they people are not professional in anything, we are facing parking issues and water flowing on roads everyday .
Before coming and buying the property here think twice- thrice because you are investing your lifetime hardworking money in your dream home . Nandan villa management will not value your money and time
