I was lucky enough to know Nanci prior to looking for a new home. She is a local expert in the Salt Lake City area especially in the small communities in the beautiful mountains. Her and I had looked at homes and townhomes in several different locations to allow me to figure out what exactly I wanted, the price point I was comfortable with, and the location I wanted. I like being close enough to cities, but not directly in the mix. Nanci helped me find a great location and helped me navigate the ever changing real estate landscape. my first home purchase was in 2009, everything has changed dramatically since that point. Nanci was instrumental in getting me what I needed to ensure my needs were met and I got the best property for the best price. If it was not for Nanci I would still be renting, and most likely renting a place I was not too pleased with. Nanci got me a lower maintenance property in amazing condition with the bonus of beautiful unobstructed mountain views and a small town feel. If you are looking for a forever home for yourself and your family, or are looking for a mountain get away I highly recommend Nanci Lifer and her team. Where to begin....the sell of our home was very emotional for us and a total roller coaster with wishy washy buyers backing out, so the fact that Nanci stuck with us and didn't change her mind about representing us shows how patient she is and just how much passion she has for real estate. I honestly don't know how she stuck with my crazy! We chose Nanci to begin with because she started earning our business 8 years ago when we moved to her community and I knew I could be totally transparent with her. I was too transparent at times (bless her heart!). On the buy side, we were so picky and didn't have a lot of options that met our needs.
