My dealings with NC&E have all been positive, cost-competitive, and completed on time, every time. My involvement has been primarily with Amir Nabipour as it relates to Oakland's Soft Story Seismic Stability Inspection Report analysis. His support staff has been very professional in obtaining the certificates of compliance from the City's building department and evaluating any number of structural/balcony podium concerns which have come up. We have dealt with several seismic contractors in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Their in house engineering and construction crews work together to find solutions not change orders. Excellent communications and paperwork. Highly recommend.

Watch out for this contractor. They buy your property info from local governments and then send you a letter incorrectly suggesting that you need their services for an earthquake retrofit requirement when your property is exempt. Not cool. I can only imagine what their other shady practices are. Suggest using a different contractor.
