Nothing felt worst then coming home on a late Sunday afternoon (after 2 weeks away) to find my master room covered in water. I had absolutely no idea what to do. Not only that, but with it being late Sunday, I had no hope as to any company coming to help right away.

I called NS Construction and Nick arrived in less than 1 hour. He was able to identify where the leak was coming from and all the damage the flood had caused. His technology (thermal camera) was able to show me all the moisture and damage that was on my walls, which was incredible.

In less than 3 weeks, the repairs were complete. I’m beyond grateful for the amazing work NS did to return my home looking even better than what it looked like prior to the flood.

The crew was amazing - always on time, clean and professional. Fernando (the supervisor) was always very attentive and available to answer all of my questions and keep me updated with the process. He paid great attention to all my concerns and made the process feel smooth and stress-free. The office personnel was extremely courteous and coordinated very well with my insurance which helped GREATLY.

A very unfortunate event had the best outcome thanks to such an amazing contractor.

Nick and his entire team were such a joy to work with in making our dream kitchen come true. We had been waiting and planning for this remodel for over twenty years. This was not an easy remodel as our house was originally built in the mid-1920s and bringing down the walls uncovered some sketchy work done in the past. All corrections were handled in stride and we were kept informed all along the way. The final result far exceeded our expectations. This past Sunday 10/27/24 evening around 8 PM, I discovered water coming through the wall in my daughter’s bedroom, causing our wood floors to start lifting. In a panic, I called multiple plumbers, desperately seeking help to stop the leak. Unfortunately, no one was available to respond after hours—until I reached Nick Sanchez from NS Construction. Wow, what great service.
Nick Sanchez immediately understood the urgency of the situation and assured me he’d come right over. True to his word, he arrived within the hour, equipped with specialized leak detection tools. Impressively, he quickly pinpointed the leak and resolved the issue that same night. His skill and tools allowed him to locate the problem with precision, making only a single, small hole in the wall directly above the leak.I have seing where other plumbers make all kinds of holes to try to find the problems.
In a time of need for help , especially after hours, having a reliable responder like Nick is invaluable. His willingness to come out late on a Sunday and deliver such professional, effective service made all the difference. I did not think I was going to find anyone that evening.
