During one of the most pivotal times in anyones life, buying a new home, I had the privilege of working with Ms. Jennifer Baluyot, a fantastic real estate agent in Monrovia, Ca. When I decided to sell my home AND buy another closer to my aging parents, I was beyond overwhelmed. As a single mother to a young son, a full-time special education teacher, and the primary caregiver for my father, I have a lot on my plate. But thank God for Jenny. She was there for me every step of the way. No matter how stressed I was, she answered my calls day and night. She talked me down when I felt anxious, spoke faith into my situation, and reassured me that everything would fall into place according to God's plan. Honestly, Jenny is the reason I was able to sleep at night during such a stressful time.

Beyond her personal support, she has a strong team behind her that kept me informed and made the whole process seamless. Whenever papers needed to be signed, I received timely updates and courteous texts. And when things needed to be expedited, her team made it happen with ease.

I love that she welcomes every question without making anyone feel small and empowers people with all the information needed to make decisions. Ms. Monrovia also has the humility to ask for help from others on her team when she doesn't know something and that is a very respectable trait when it comes to helping people with such a major life decision.

Buying a home or selling a home is such a big milestone for people and she helps them follow through with all their requirements in a very thorough way as well as celebrates each milestone in their home buying or home selling journey.
