I have been a resident at this property for over a year, and unfortunately, I’ve witnessed a significant decline since the new property management took over. What was once a beautiful community has now changed negatively.

First and foremost, the maintenance of the property has deteriorated drastically. The common areas are no longer being kept up to the standard they once were, and there are multiple ongoing issues that have been ignored or poorly addressed. The treadmill in the fitness center has been out of service for months, and the coffee machine is rarely stocked, which were once simple conveniences that made living here more enjoyable.

More concerning is the security and safety of the complex. There have been multiple car break-ins, and I no longer feel confident parking in the community. Security measures are either non-existent or ineffective, which is extremely troubling.

In addition, the cardio room has been uncomfortably cold, especially during the winter months, making it impossible to use during peak times. This has been a recurring issue that has gone unaddressed.

Another major downside is the lack of community involvement. Senior management has not organized any resident activities or events since the new management took over. This was once a place where neighbors could connect, but now it feels like a forgotten corner of the city.

I’m writing this review to bring attention to the declining state of this property in hopes that changes can be made. This is a beautiful complex that deserves better care and attention, and I truly hope the management can turn things around before it loses what made it special in the first place.

PS the most recent car breaks in where 2/1/2025 and 2/4/2025 . This shows how frequently these incidents happen at the property so be aware future residents

We recently toured these apartments with my family, and we were very impressed! The staff was friendly and helpful (Belinda), answering all our questions. The community looks well-maintained, and the amenities are great. The apartment we saw was spacious and exactly what we were looking for. Now, we are just waiting for the response to our application, and we really hope to move in soon!

Such an amazing place! We spoke to several people but ask for Sue because she is absolute best!! She helped me pick out my new home and walked me through the process. Everything moved so quickly. If you are renting GO HERE but ask for Sue 😉

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!

Wish I could give an actual review of the complex but unfortunately after TWO attempts at scheduling a tour, I still haven’t seen anything but the outside of the leasing office.

*I initially had an appointment scheduled via online for today (2/15/25) but a few days later my partner saw that there was an appointment for an earlier day (2/9/25) so we jumped on it.*

Like another reviewer mentioned, I too scheduled a tour on a Sunday via the official website. We arrive for the appointment time and the leasing office is locked. Waited for about 10 minutes outside IN THE COLD before a resident was walking through the building and opened the door to let us in. While inside, we waited another 20 minutes, attempted calling multiple phone numbers for the property trying to give the office the benefit of the doubt that they may doing another tour. With zero communication we decided to leave. Note that the office hours on the door, and the office hours given via the recording on the phone service are also different.

The next day (Monday) I called the property and spoke with someone in the office and explained the situation. She apologized and stated that they aren’t open on Sundays. I let her know that I waited for a long time and it is unprofessional to not at least give a courtesy call/email if you see people have appointments. I let her know that I was still very interested in touring the property and still have an appointment scheduled for the following week (today, 2/15/25 a Saturday). The woman confirmed my appointment THREE times (once when I called the property, once when she called me about 10 minutes later, and once when she called my partner who booked the earlier appointment slot). I feel better and am excited to tour over the weekend.

That brings us to today, and yet again we are stuck in the cold waiting for the appointment that clearly isn’t going to happen. Shame on management/ staff for this.

Living at Motiva Apartments has been an amazing experience! The property itself is beautiful, with top-notch amenities that make every day feel like a retreat. The addition of the garden has been a delightful touch, adding a sense of serenity and a lovely community space to enjoy.

What truly sets Motiva Apartments apart, though, is the outstanding staff. From the moment I inquired about moving in, they went above and beyond to make the process seamless. I have to give a special shout-out to Suzanne—she is an absolute gem! Suzanne’s professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor made my move-in experience stress-free and enjoyable. She was always available to answer my questions, provided clear guidance, and truly made me feel at home from day one.

If you’re looking for a community that combines modern living with exceptional service, I can’t recommend Motiva Apartments enough. Thank you to Suzanne and the team for creating such a wonderful place to live!

This new management team is absolutely awful. I’m glad I decided to come here to read the reviews because I’m realizing that I am not alone. Since taking over it has been impossible to get a response to email concerns, myself and other residents have had packages stolen from our front doors, several cars have been broken into, and as of late I have seen cars sitting on crates because the tires have been stolen.

The common areas are dirty, and the machines in the gym are constantly broken. There was a time when I would walk into the building during the day and see cleaners vacuuming and sweeping the halls. I was so proud of this place and it always smelled amazing. Now, there’s trash everywhere, the halls stink, and meanwhile the services have gone down. The last two times I tried going to the office during business hours it was closed and the lights were off. I’m appalled at how quickly this place has fallen a part. I’ve been here for three years, and I wouldn’t recommend Motiva to anyone.

I completely agree with the 1-star reviews on here. Shame on this new management team. I’m truly confused and sadden by what seems to be a lack of concern or care for your residents.

The assistant manager Sue was fantastic. She made the experience of finding a new “home” easy. I appreciate her honesty and commitment to getting me into my apartment. She is the best!!

The new management, Willow Bridge is terrible! I knew this was gonna be the case when I read they took over. Massive car break ins and tire theft, common areas are no longer kept clean, gym equipments out of service without fix, no single resident activity since these folks took over. There has been a huge decline in all services provided to Motiva by the previous management. There was a security patrol at night that reduced the number of car breakin drastically but I am not sure that’s provided anymore. Sue is probably the only good thing left in this apartment and she is the only reason I renewed my lease. NRB group made me pay $300 security deposit twice (lived in two different apartments). My third lease renewal with the new management sucked. Firstly, they refused to provide me an opportunity to renew my lease for 12 months, they provided only a 16 month lease renewal with no explanation and they refused to reply my several emails to them requesting a 12 months lease. I had to move from my studio to a one bedroom to sign a 12 months lease. I didn’t even think that was a thing, but at least reply my emails providing me an explanation. Secondly, my security deposit was over $2000 (rent equivalent). Even though I have never defaulted in rent once and always kept their rooms just as they rented it out to me. One would think because I have been a resident here, that wouldn’t be the case. Motiva currently sucks!
