Extremely disappointed in their ability to professionally manage the Lafayette Building. Poor communication and planning. Lack of a strategy to reach goals and correct issues. There is an overall lack of empathy and duty
for the people they serve.

I was a potential renter in downtown Little Rock. They were the most unprofessional, unorganized, and unreliable real estate brokers that I had dealt with in the entire day. I toured at least half-a-dozen rentals. They did not even know that I was showing up yo pick up the keys to your the properties. Secondly, they didn’t even have a tour guide. Additionally, I had to grab an employee on his way out of the office and beg him to find my keys so that I could even have a chance to tour their properties. To add to this, they didn’t even give me the right key cards to tour the property. I do not remember this business. Please avoid them at all cost.

Read all text - I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience living in a Moses Tucker property. I lived with another property management, Downtown Dwellings, and they were wonderful. If you are looking in Little Rock, use them.

The maintenance team at MT was always quick and friendly, but that was the only good part of my experience living with Moses Tucker. The place is cheaply built, cheaply maintained and contained cockroaches.

Also, I got a wonderful opportunity for my life and my job in Montana. I had to break my lease to pursue this career move. I gave 6 weeks notice. The leasing manager wouldn't post the apartment anywhere besides the MT website and she refused to put my actual move-out date clear for people to see. She would only put the end of my lease which was in 2023, so people overlooked my apartment. I had to start my own Zillow account, I toured potential renters, answered questions and delivered them right to Rachael for 6 weeks...she denied everyone I sent.

I understand how leases work, but this company shows ZERO humanity when it comes to life changes and does the BARE MINIMUM to help you. LOOK ELSEWHERE. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Management will not address issues in a timely manner. Any problems with the building will become the responsibility of the tenants, including cost of all repairs.. and, they will then increase CAM fees to cover anticipated costs.

Someone get Rachael some help in the office - she clearly can't keep up with removing properties from the site. I called on three separate occasions and each time she told me they were "just leased that morning." Don't even waste time applying online before calling first to make sure Rachael can give you that line.

Due to the recent flooding at the end of April, my apartment has been uninhabitable. I called the morning of April 30 to report the flood damage, I was told I that someone would be by the next day to assess the damage. No one came and it took repeated phone calls and emails for someone to come out to look at the apartment on the following Tuesday. Work did not begin until Wednesday and is still ongoing as of this writing. I paid the May rent early on the 28th of April. I respectfully requested that I be compensated for each day my apartment was uninhabitable and I was told I would get no more than $200 by the property management team assigned to my unit. The individuals I spoke with did not have a clear disaster recovery plan which caused the restoration process to be unnecessarily delayed. The individuals were unprofessional, and were unconcerned with my issues. I recommend staying clear of this management company if you are a renter. They are not accommodating and lack respect for the tenants they serve.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I rented in the Clayton on Scott apartment complex. Apartment 114 flooded twice. Ruined two rugs and 4 pillows and paperwork. I notified the complex manager in October when the apartment flooded the first time. They did nothing to fix it. It happened again 8 months later and did the same thing. They “reimbursed me” $200 on my account for $600 worth of damages to my stuff. Also, people there don’t curb their dogs, and it may not sound like a big deal, but it’s QUITE disgusting. There are no cameras outside of the complex. It is in a SUPER sketchy area with beggars constantly bothering you. After the flooding the second time I had a bug infestation. Earwigs and roaches everywhere. I would kill Atleast 20 a day. It was awful. They won’t let you out of your lease even if this kind of thing does happen. And when it comes to the deposit—don’t expect to get it back. The “$150 cleaning fee” doesn’t cover anything other than a dust mop. If you left even a crumb in the refrigerator, they tax you. I would never ever recommend staying in a Moses tucker facility to anyone. Ever.
