Low-Quality Work The work done by this company was extremely poor. Walls were uneven, paint was sloppy, and fixtures were installed incorrectly. I had to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes. A complete waste of time and money.

Unreliable and Poor Communication I hired Moore Barebi GC, Inc. for a home renovation, and it was a nightmare. They constantly missed deadlines, barely communicated, and left my project unfinished for weeks. Every time I called, I got excuses instead of solutions. Avoid at all costs!

Moore Barbi General Contractor, including their team members Rachel and Debbie, has shown incredibly unprofessional behavior. We have two unpaid invoices (#1096 and #1111) from 2.23.24, and they haven’t made any effort to pay up. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, we’ve been completely IGNORED. We have all the proof of the work we did and our attempts to communicate with them. This review is my last-ditch effort to get a response and some resolution. Think twice before working with this contractor—you likely won’t get your payment! (

RUN AWAY! TERRIBLE QUALITY JOB! DO NOT HIRE MOORE BAREBI!

I hired them to create building plans for a remodel and to level the house due to a sinking foundation.

-The house was not leveled adequately. There is still 2" of slope in multiple locations of the house. There are clear signs of poor craftsmanship where the work was completed. The installed supporting beams and posts do not actually touch/support many of the floor joists. Some of the beams support rotting, crumbling pieces of wood that were not replaced. Some posts were cut too short, so they were shimmed with many small pieces of wood after the fact. Many of the supporting wood added above the mudsill are too short and do not support the house.
- No helical piers were ever installed despite being agreed upon.
- The provided plans were unbuildable as given. They did not reflect the site conditions with egregious mistakes: the ceiling joists were drawn opposite of reality (despite given open attic access) and the existing foundation was not correct (despite given basement access). The city approved the permit, but it was unbuildable as-is without revisions since it did not accurately reflect the existing house condition. Further, the electrical plans contained mistakes like non-compliance with Title 24 dimmer requirements and outlet spacing.
