If you are a true Indian avoid at all cost. Being an indian we have been raised with equal values for all and respect for all religions. India is a secular country and i go against anyone trying to make it otherwise. We went to see the apartment here for investment and were informed that the “Muslim inventory” they only have 2-3 apartments. What does Muslim inventory mean in the first place? Why the discrimination? Extremely Sad what the developer is doing here. There is a jain temple in the building and we respect that does not mean you discriminate on the basis of religion and segregate the crowd in 1 section or certain floors. Pathetic! Save your hard earned money and go for other better projects that are not delayed.

Actually the visit to Marathon Monte South project site, Byculla on 23.02.23 was an educational field trip of Interior Design and Decoration trainees from Govt. ITI Borivali. The project is fantastic, designed by the world renowned Architect Hafeez Contractor with one 60+ storeyed high rise residential building. The building is constructed and equipped with latest revolutionary technology such as use of epoxy adhesive grout for fixing floor wall tiles, machine finished screed concrete flooring in parking levels, high grade strength concrete for structure with latest aluminium shuttering, high speed elevators. The sample flats were magnificent with exquisite design worth seeing. We wish them all the very best and once again thank you for the opportunity given to us.

Very good experience. Best part in monte south is 12 acre land parcel,and in this rate I dnt think any other developer is giving amenities like this. And sales staff, faiz Shaikh has helped me in every details.

I had bought an apartment here. They are cheaters and liers. They also use abusing words to buyers after money is received. Due to bad experience and fraud when I found, they deducted hard earned money and not given GST. Also, have not given my money back. All the good reviews in this project is either by Adani sales team or PR agency.
