20+ years of interactions with professional staff. Sometimes I wouldn't agree with certain valuations but that happens with every county. One great story to relay, a land owner called the assessor and was tired of paying taxes on her lot and asked them to take it off her hands, of course they couldn't. But what they did do was let her know that we could benefit from it as we shared the lot line. So she called us up and gave us a free property. Would your county assessor do that?
