I could rave about my experience with the entire Moncrief Construction team for paragraphs on end. The architect who designed my new home referred me to them, and I am ever grateful for that. Tackling the build of your dream home is a daunting task, and I felt 100% supported and heard from Day One until the final punch list items were completed. Max, Taylor, and their project managers Nick and Jack are consummate professionals who made the entire process a joy for me. These people truly have integrity, which can be hard to find in the construction business. It genuinely felt as though we were all in it together, and I know they took as much pride in bringing this home to life as I did. Max spent quite a bit of time on site personally, overseeing the subcontractors to ensure that everything was done to the highest standards. The team understands that details matter, and they ensured not a single one was overlooked. Communication was consistent and clear, the construction work was impeccable, and their budget projections were absolutely spot on. I actually had money left over when we closed out! You can’t go wrong with this amazing company. I am beyond thrilled with my new home, and I recommend them wholeheartedly if you want the best possible experience with a builder. Not a day goes by when we don’t think about how amazing our house is. Working with Moncrief was the perfect balance of what felt like a personal relationship in terms of them listening and taking real time with us to talk through things, and professional, in terms of top-notch talent, clear updates and most importantly incredible work. When choosing a contractor we ultimately chose Moncrief which meant a higher bid than others, which sets higher expectations. They far exceeded even those. There is no question I'd use them again, and refer someone I knew well or not at all, with confidence. In these photos check out the renderings (which Moncrief created, so cool) compared to the actual. The only differences between the two are the things we decided to change.

This was our second building experience with Moncrief Construction.
A total 100% Remodel... Bathrooms, Kitchen, Flooring, Laundry, Fireplace etc.. Max and Taylor provided a detailed drawing, a thorough timeline which included expectations, product choices and budget. In these challenging economic times, Moncrief Construction delivered on every commitment. On time, On budget, with an absolutely beautiful end product. All contractors and trades used for our project were professional. Communication throughout the year long project was clear and organized. We are delighted every time we walk into our home.
