This place is a joke, HOA are a group of court appointments that are racist, biased and completely self serving one of witch participates in trafficking across the southern border, also has access to every property owners personal and financial information.
DO NOT BUY PROPERTY HERE, if doing anything for yourself, as this group will go out of their way, literally, to inflect their wishes as to what your property should,and will conform to.
4/25/24 update- said association are installing surveillance cams around the "ESTATES", AND SEEKING REIMBURSEMENT BY THE COMMUNITY FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED RACIST BOARD MEMBER, JILL ALEXANDER, for her court costs from being taken to court for a restraining order, sought by a properly owner. Had nothing to do with her association "duties", everything to do with her racially fueled beratement and harassment of a Latino family trying to establish.
There is a meeting May 2nd, at the clubhouse,FYI

I received an invoice for payment "AFTER" the due date. I have been calling BOTH numbers provided, and no one answers OR returns phone calls/ messages. Very poor business
