Tiffany was an incredible agent and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! She stuck with us through countless house visits and so much more. We put in an offer on one house that needed a lot of work, we needed contractors to provide estimates before we put in the offer and she helped organize that. We finally put in the offer, got the place inspected, had to deal with an unrealistic seller, scheduled an additional mold inspection per the bank's request, had trouble with the seller's agent, had trouble with the bank on account of the mold report, and ended up terminating the contract. Tiffany was so helpful and encouraging. We ended up finding anther place at Tiffany's insistence that we would find a great place to call home. We did! We put in an offer and everything went smoothly. This process had us very discouraged, but Tiffany stayed strong, supportive, and motivational. If not for her, we would have ended up renting again, not knowing what it would feel like to be a homeowner. She truly is an incredible person and a wonderful agent.
