I would never rent from them again. They are horrible landlords. Sue Chung is the rudest person I have met in a long time. Charlie Chung is nice enough, but could care less about fixing things. If I could I would give zero stars. Maxie and Joe are great to work with, but they can only do so much. When things did break, it would take forever for them to come fix them and a lot of the time workers wouldn't show up or they would show up without me knowing they were coming, My roof leaked and instead of fixing it they just put a tarp on the roof, guess what the roof kept leaking. The kitchen sink leaked and when they fixed it I asked them to fix the mold, they said the worker would wipe it down and it would be fine. Another time my roof leaked I told them I thought the floor looked warped and asked them to check to make sure there wasn't mold growing under the floor. Their response was they would check, but if no mold I had to pay to fix the floor. So caring. Didn't get my security deposit refund for 32 days after I moved out. No receipts. Sue stopped payment on the first check they sent saying the floor was ruined because of dog pee. When I asked for pictures, she said she didn't have any. There was no dog pee. What's even funnier is the first check she sent me and stopped payment on said she charged me for flooring. How do you find dog pee after you fix the floor? She was consistently rude and disrespectful. I would think twice before renting from them. Renter beware!
