DO NOT RENT from this business or Megan Law! Extreme lack of communication skills, extremely unprofessional, did not respond to text messages or emails for long periods of time. There’s usually not 1 worker in the office. Many cabinets/closet doors were broken the day I arrived to move into the apartment. The mattress/bed was terribly uncomfortable and the landlord refused to replace it. Ripped me off for a brand new 2020 washer/dryer unit that I installed and only gave me $500 for it when I moved out, when the original price I paid for it was over $1,400. Terrible business, like many in Moab. They don’t know how to run businesses in that town.

RENTERS BEWARE!
I would give them ZERO stars if possible. This company is extremely unprofessional at the very least. The communication and response time is awful. They will keep your security deposit for whatever reason they can drum up even if the reason is clearly not stated in the lease agreement!!

DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Terrible service, terrible communication and the owners are nothing but greedy. I had to call maintenance many of times in emergency situations and never got a response. Nobody answers the phone at the office and nobody is even ever at the office. They kept my entire security deposit for no reason
