I have been a MME customer for 21 years. We have grown from a 5 chair office with a handful of PCs, to a multi location practice to a 40+ PC multi-specialty practice. MME is always proactive with updates and security protocols. Most importantly, I have never had hardware downtime with them. We have had PCs go out or network switches die. They have always had an emergency tech dispatched that day to get us back up. I could not make a higher recommendation for a small to complex, multisite dental office for IT needs.

We are a happy client of MME consulting for years. We work with Roy and Mike of South Bay division. We switched to MME based on our friends' (local dentists) recommendation. We were with our previous IT support company for over 10 years and were anxious when we made the change. But Mike and Roy made the transition super smooth and easy.

They specialize in supporting dental offices. They are very familiar with software that are used to support dental office operation. Hence, when you have a problem, they have the answer. Their support is streamlined and centralized. They are also very knowledgeable. Once they set up your office, really, we rarely calls them for support. BUT it is so nice to know that there is support when and if we need them.

Mike would drop by occasionally when he is in the area just to check in, but he is also an email / phone call away always. We truly appreciate MME 🙂

I am blown away by the customer service of Nick H! He called to check on us today to see how we were doing since we had a lot of issues with the latest Dolphin update. He also was immediately able to help us with an issue we were having with the scanners on the TermServer (something that I have been struggling with the last couple of weeks).
I had called a few other times to MME and Dolphin to try to get the issue resolved, but was not able to reach a resolution. It truly means so much to me that Nick took it upon himself to reach out and follow up. This is a huge relief to have our scanners working in the TermServer office! Nick is also very patient and knowledgeable. He has taught me a lot of things and has walked me through any step that I needed help with.
