they tried to update their system. Don't know why because it was working PERFECTLY. Ever since, we have the MOST glitchy system EVER!! here in the heart of Silicon Valley!!! you can type in the address and show nothing..then minutes later it works? there are glitches ALL the time! and their customer service department is not very friendly. They talk to you like you are the one to blame
