I would like to put it out there that I had a very good experience with the architectural services of Farzad Mirshafiei. My project was frought with challenges, and luckily I was able to overcome them with his guidance and expertise. He is a good listener and has endless amounts of patience, which was really appreciated as I changed my mind constantly over so many details of my remodel. Farzad came up with solutions to problems that were as innovative as they were aesthetically pleasing. He also completed his work in a timely manner, which was much appreciated. What I’ve come to realize from working with Farzad is that things go much more smoothly in dealing with the Department of Building and Safety when they respect your architect. Because he is level-headed, reasonable and respectful, Farzad has established a good repoire with the decision-makers in the building department. It is clear that they, too, respect him.
