We just moved into our new home and Mirage Landscaping does the landscaping for our builder. They have done an awful job. They made an incredibly crooked line of grass between our property and our neighbors. When they started working on our neighbors house they were putting gravel in and put gravel almost all the way to our house. We lined off our properties according to the surveyors stake and removed the gravel from our side of the property. When the manager came he tried to say that the stake was wrong and that the original line they made was probably right. However, if that line is right then half of our backyard would not be ours. He argued with us that our straight line was wrong. Many in our neighborhood have not been impressed for various reasons. Here are pictures, judge for yourselves

Mirage came and cleaned out my large flower bed and replaced it with rock. They put in a drip system and planted some flowers. The placed bigger rocks we had collected over the years in the new rocks. The finished in one long day. We were very pleased and no weeding next year.

I've worked with Mirage on several residential installs. They do a good job on the majority of their projects. I would recommend that they rake the soil more often however.
