As first time sellers with some difficult requirements and up against a very hard timeframe, we were very nervous about trying to sell our home. In fact, both my wife and I thought it would be close to impossible to accomplish what we needed. We quickly set up time to meet with JoAnne Lang to discuss our needs – we IMMEDIATELY knew she was the person we wanted to work with throughout this process. JoAnne is incredibly kind, bubbly, and funny, but she is also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, transparent, honest, and above all else, reliable. She walked us through every step of the process and was always open to my many, many phone calls. JoAnne brought in one of the top photographers in our area, who drove over an hour and a half to take photos of our home! When my wife and I first got to see the photos, we were in shock! Our home was beautiful, and she was able to capture everything we loved about it by using top notch photography equipment, including a drone! With the incredible advice given to us by JoAnne, and the amazing photos, our house was set to hit the market. To our amazement, our house hit the market on Friday afternoon and by Monday morning we had multiple offers above our asking price! We moved quickly due to our timeframe and JoAnne walked us through the entire process. Although our end went flawlessly, there were many challenges that the buyers encountered due to their unique financing situation. JoAnne kept pressure on the buyers’ realtor, kept us informed, and helped in EVERY way possible. She was so good that even our buyers told us that “we had the most amazing realtor” and they wished they had gone with her! In the end, she had closed the deal months ahead of what we expected, for more than we asked, and she did it with a level of professionalism rarely seen nowadays. Not only has JoAnne Lang earned our business for life, I believe she will be the next realtor for all of our friends and family. We are now living out our dream and it is only because of the time and effort that JoAnne put into our little family. She is a true breath of fresh air and a wonderful person!

DO NOT RENT FROM TONYA JESTER!!! She will swindle you into a dilapidated house and never send you photos when you ask for them. She will also rip you off on your deposit! Avoid Minton Hometown Properties at all cost.
