There’s lot of things one experiences when buying a home. It can be really fun and exciting but also complex and because of the complexity you need a great realtor to navigate the process. More so, if you live in Los Angeles it can be even more complex, so you don’t just need a great realtor – you need THE realtor. Which means someone whose tenacious and energetic that will go after the sale, someone whose highly knowledgeable & proficient in real estate AND someone who will look out for you.

Having said that this is my experience with Minkow Realty. No matter how early or late in the day Alec and Lance always answered my texts and phones calls. If I had a thousand questions they had a million and one answers, nothing was too big or small. Not only did I find them to be highly knowledgeable & proficient realtors that know the housing/real estate market like the back of their hand they always, always, always looked out for me. An example is, on one of my home sales I had multiple offers but didn’t understand how to choose. Alec took the time to explain the most attractive offer based on the contingency. Without his advice I might’ve made a decision that could’ve cost the sale. This has been my experience all along the way, if there was a decision to be made Alec and Lance made sure I fully understood so I could make educated decision not just make a decision. At the end of the day I relied on their advice because they proved to be trustworthy guys who genuinely care.

Working with Minkow Realty has been wonderful. They made me feel like I’m getting a personalized experience tailor-made just for me and this is something you don’t see every day ESPECIALLY in LA. Whether you’re buying or selling a home Minkow Realty definitely checks all the boxes, if they say they will do something believe me it’s done. I bought and sold two homes with Minkow Realty and I would buy and sell a ton more. If 5 stars is the top of the bar they would get 100 stars, truly an amazing company and I highly, highly recommend them!
