I don't know Mr. Damien Van Pelt, he was introduced to me by my California Agent here in Florida. Mr. Van Pelt was so patient with me as I was so picky on picking a house. I informed him last December that I was coming to meet with him. And God behold, he was so well prepared, prompt, got a list of houses he wanted to show that falls under my criteria that I mentioned to him that I liked, and well knowledgeable on every house that I have questions with. Kudos to Military Realty of Yulee for having Mr. Van Pelt to represent your company. I can 100% will recommend him to everybody. In fact, he still helped me up to the closing of the house that I bought.... and still is offering to help with my house! You can't find now a days to find an individual like him.

Banks is amazing, very responsive knowledgeable and ensures you’ll get what you’re looking for. Very well connected and familiar with the area he operates. Veteran friendly and being an experienced vet himself knows the struggles of a PCS and makes sure you know what you need to do. My wife and I recommend him to anyone looking in the Kingsland/St. Mary’s area but I know he operates all over North Florida and Southern GA. With everything being said banks makes sure you feel comfortable with a buy and tells it to you straight when you might make a bad decision. He also has a lot of resources for post move in when a pipe breaks or you need an electrician in a bind. 10/10 would recommend.

Dodged a bullet on a purchase through Mr. Banks. He doesn’t follow standard real estate transaction processes, and quite honestly wasn’t even ethical in handling our offers. Offers only last as long as the signed paperwork says they last. He never responded within those times. He told our agent a day late on our second offer they would respond by 5 pm the following day, but never did. The whole experience was a hot mess.

Banks was absolutely amazing. We just moved down from Cape Cod a couple days ago… He helped us with any questions we had and walked us through everything. It was probably the easiest and smoothest process. Definitely 10/10
