We had Mikko out to get an estimate to put an addition on our bedroom. We got the plans sent out to us in a very timely manner with a layout that we loved. We started the job shortly after accepting our estimate. From start to finish, the guys showed up on time and put in long days to get our project finished up quick so we could be back in our room. I was expecting the project to be so messy, but was in shock by how clean they left the jobsite at the end of the day. All the employees of Miko, LLC were so friendly and nice to visit with. We felt totally comfortable to leave them in our house while we were away. We are so incredibly happy with how beautiful our new bedroom turned out. It is like a dream. Perhaps the one requiring the most creativity and skill was remodeling our next-to-the-master-bedroom spa-with-hot-tub and stone work into a very nice and comfortable art studio with cabinets, sink, and its own heating and cooling system.
