DO NOT RECOMENT. After many conversations and 7 back and forth emails spanning from February 12 through May 10 that were comprised of false promises to deliver a project estimated cost and timeline for property plans for a Conditional Use Permit application, I went with someone else. The usual response was always "We have an appointment this week with the City of Fresno Planning Department to evaluate whether your project is possible, call us next week and we should have an answer and an estimated cost and timeline." But no such meeting was ever held, and my project was delayed half a year waiting on them. I felt kind of sorry for Taylor as she was the one that had to make up the excuses for Mike De Alba. I would have preferred to be told we are not taking on new projects at this time, or there is a waiting period of # moths, or some other honest no BS response.

When a "Professional" gives you a timeline I think it's reasonable to expect that. Mike only provided empty promises and "tomorrow's". Tomorrow never came. He was responsible for us not closing escrow on time. He had our very small project for 1 month but promised that it would be done in a week. I found a real professional that got the job done in less than 24 hours. A tip, when Mike won't respond to your calls or emails, stop by his office, interrupt his TV watching and you can hear more "tomorrow's" in person. He even says it with a pleasant smiling demeanor but know it's not sincere. It should be noted that Mike is the one who told me when he would complete his job. I never gave him expected dates except the time frame of when our escrow closed. His word is only noise without meaning.
