My experience with Mika has been the best. Over several years I have purchased my primary residence and investment properties through her. She knows what she is doing. She made it effortless and did all the homework necessary. If there is something that needs further research, she will call and find out the right person who has the answers, whether it is the City Planning Dept or the County office, the insurance company, a Specialist, the Inspectors… whoever needs to be called to get the answers!! She kept me posted and informed. She knows the areas really well such as Los Altos, Menlo Park, Palo Alto and San Jose.
