I have been working with MPM for several years and have never had any complaints. Family owned/operated, always professional and friendly. The team goes out of their way to make sure needs are always met, and they do a great job at keeping customers happy. Overall a wonderful business to work with!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. As of today 12/14/22, it has been 31 days that Middlepoint Property Management has done very little to fix heating problems for 2 of their tenants. Temps are now consistently in the 30's and low 40's during the day and in the 20's at night. Tonight, a winter storm is going to bring freezing rain to our area and they have no heat. It doesn't take 31 days to fix heating issues. This is not a company that you should have manage your properties.
