Mid-Atlantic Offices has served our professional needs for the past two years and it has been a great experience. The office space is suitable for any business with various square footage options, based on your requirements. I can't say enough about the management team, as they are phenomenal. Lease agreements are straightforward, billing is always accurate and effortless and office supplies and conference space are readily available with the assistance of dedicated staff. There's kitchen space throughout the building and occupants also get to enjoy freshly popped popcorn every Thursday, provided by the management team. The location in Columbia, MD is also close to a Harris Teeter and other food options. If you're looking for a great office space, join the Mid-Atlantic family!

I have had an account with MidAtlantic Offices and the Executive House Management Services Inc. since before COVID. I am relocating my office due to a merger, and would not have left MidAtlantic except for the merger. The staff is friendly and professional. The conference rooms are all well maintained and suitable for any mediation or meeting I needed to use a conference room for. Executive House and especially the staff are top notch. The staff works hard to make every resident feel like they’re valuable and part of a larger family. Prices there are extremely reasonable. In fact, I didn’t think I’d be able to afford a space there. I was wrong and have remained there for 3 years and counting. They’re always refreshening the place, just recently painting the kitchen and replacing the floors in the bathroom. The training and conference rooms are roomy and have all the tools for an effective meeting or training session. This place is first class; affordable, conveniently located, and a place your won’t mind going to for work! I highly recommend!

My Office has rented from Mid Atlantic properties for over 10 years. In that time, we grown and contracted and grown again and all along the way Mid Atlantic has helped our Office. They offer very professional and clean spaces, friendly and competent staff, and they go the extra mile to help all clients/tenants. Over the years they've immediately attentive to anything I bring to their attention. Their policies are fair and clear and the management is always available if I have a question. As a result of this I referred dozens of friends and colleagues here and they are all happy they came.

For a small business, setting up and maintaining an office is some work which is solved by Executive House. Executive House offers furnished offices with all necessary infra-structure including a trained receptionist, phone, internet, conference halls, break rooms, mail room, and many more. It is located in calm and pleasant surroundings. The offices are impressive and maintained at descent level necessary for executives.
I have been renting my office here since 2010. The infra-structure is adequate and periodically improved e.g. internet speed, the conference halls, and so on. A variety of businesses are located in this building. The staff of Executive House are cordial, efficient and professional. Not only they are nice, but also create occasions to bring the neighbors together by throwing a party now and then or by arranging events. I actually like my office here because of the friendly staff and peaceful environment of Executive House.

The lady that rents Suite B-215 is very unpleasant to deal with. She sells "Custom Obagi Facials" on groupon. When I called to redeem 2 weeks before expiration date she shamed me for only paying $37 and gave only 1 day (on day of expiration) that I could come in. That was not convenient to me. Then she began lecturing me about how much it costs to really do these facials. I don't need this. I also reported her to groupon. This is no way to run a business. Not having her name/business listed here also speaks volumes...
