They do not notify when they plan to come on property aka trespassing.
It is the right thing to contact and inform 48 to 72 hours in advance so the horses can be put somewhere safe and protective watch dogs put away.
It's very inconsiderate to just show up and dump poles, and proceed to "trim" aka cut trees on someone's property.
