Probably one of the worst experiences in Real Estate I have ever had. Darlene was our recommended realtor and was horrible to be polite. Zero communication and at one point I had to get a docu sign account to amend a document so we could all sign an updated contract as she “didn’t know how to do that” everything was the offices fault and at the end of it all the lack of attention caused an amendment to not be signed by all parties resulting in a seller walking away from a contract on a large piece of land that was multiple months in progress of completion. Run like hell and don’t slow down
