Working with Holli Bonacquisti was truly the best experience I’ve ever had with a homebuilder! From the very first meeting, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect fit for my needs. Just had one of my clients go under contract in the Edgewood section of Leander. Aubrey was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and super hard working. MI Homes is lucky to have her as a part of their team. Great incentives too for my buyer client. This is my second buyer client buying a MI Home.

We started a remodeling project, and the experience was deeply disappointing. After pulling up the carpet, we found it filled with sheetrock dust, requiring us to scrape the floors. The installation quality was extremely poor across the board. Most concerning was the large amount of garbage left behind our fireplace—it’s unacceptable to leave piles of trash in a brand-new home. All installations were substandard, and the painting was poorly done, they would start then forget to finish the area. The garage door broke because it was improperly installed. Nothing is properly centered either. This builder did a terrible job.

Well we bought our house in 2022 and let me tell you the quality of this house from this builder is crap. I should of killed the deal grom the start when I had a bad experience with the home designer itself. She literally acted like she did not want to be there and help us as if she had other things on her mind. Poor professionalism!!!. I am sorry but I will never recommend this home builder to anybody. Step your game up at MI homes!!!!

Don’t buy a house from them if you have better options. Non-stop delays. We were told that our house that’s planned to be done by Dec. 2022 has been delayed to June 2023 in Dec. 2022, and we know there would be more delays so we backed up. They offered a good deal on a house closing in Jan 2023, and we took it. Another delay 3 days before closing. Haha. If you are understandable enough and are willing to pay 1 extra year rent, then you’ll befriend with them. But I literally have no trust in this builder anymore. The quality isn’t even that good considering the delays we have been through.

Do NOT purchase a home from M/I home- This is our 3rd house to build and they are by far the worst, liars, poor work, poor responsiveness, do not finish what they started... I could go on and on....
They told us they filed a variance with our water company so we could water for 30 days w/ the new sod. They never did and the water company wouldn't even allow it. And now, our water bills is in the thousands and they will not make it right.
We had no instillation on our 2nd floor and therefore had month of running out AC and it never cooling off- It took them months to trouble shoot and finally figured that out.
I could go on and on and on.... but take my work (And all our neighbors) DO NOT BUY A M/I Home!!!!!!!!!!!!!
