A *very* welcome addition to the neighborhood. As an owner of 17 condos in the Embassy Condos immediately to the east of McKinley Row, I'm so proud of the work the developers have put into this development. I'm 46 years old now, moved into the Embassy when I was 19 years old, and have been looking at an empty lot for 28 years now... 28 years! I cannot contain my excitement for this development, and I look forward to the day when we see sales at McKinley Row and Embassy Condos in the range of $500+ per square foot, which is where they should be. Thank you so much for developing such a great project... here's a recent picture from my Nest Camera on my balcony... I'll try to do a time-lapse from when they put the grass in and post it on youtube under "McKinley Row".
