I had the worst experience buying a property with the Merlin Group. While the sales officials at the site were good in their behavior and communication, the staff at Prince Anwar Shah were arrogant, rude, and lacked basic courtesy. The CRM/CDM, who are supposed to be Customer Relationship/Delight Managers, displayed a shameful attitude. I personally felt as if they were gifting the flat to me, and after the booking, they treated me like a servant. It seemed as though they considered themselves the owners of the company.

This is a serious issue that the management needs to address; otherwise, the company will soon be a sinking ship. If these issues are overlooked, it reflects poorly on the management. Before making a purchase, please evaluate your decision carefully. We are not taking your property free of cost.

Visited their Prince Anwar Shah Road office for enquiry of projects. They were so callous in handling a customer. I didn’t feel they were eager to respect their prospective customer and neither eager to sale their flats. The initial encounter spoiled enthusiasm with the group.
I wonder in this age of public reviews are they not bothered about their brand.

I am not happy with the quality of the flat. The planning was poor, and they used low-grade materials. The water filtration system is inadequate, with the TDS count after filtration being 1300. There is a lack of maintenance in several areas, and rainwater seeps in through the windows and AC outlets. The 5-year maintenance service is a scam. We reported some cracks for repair in January, and now it's almost June with no results. Additionally, there is fresh damage where a portion of the balcony ceiling has come off.

Sales officials at site are good in their behaviour and communication. But their office at Prince Anawar Shah Road has to improve in their communication and approach. It appears that they are doing a charity, not business. Arrogance and lack of politeness spoils the trust and willingness to enter into any deal with them.

Worst experience buying a property with Merlin group…I will second some of the review posted ….their architects and site engineers are very arrogant and rude.Post agreement and registration they don’t care about the customer.The staff at Prince Anwar shah …is arrogant, rude and lacks good behaviour….something the management should take a look….otherwise it will be soon a sinking ship
