Chris is an amazing realtor and an absolute godsend for a first time home buyer like me. Not only is he great about scheduling viewings and inspections around my work schedule. And best of all, he is fantastic at communicating, but he was fantastic about walking me through the stressful negation parts of making an offer. Our family recently relocated from Florida. In a normal environment, interstate move is already nerve wrecking. It is definitely more challenging in this housing market. Having that said, we are grateful to have Chris and Meredith on our side to help us navigate through such competitive market, even as an out-of-state buyer. Working with Chris, it became apparent since the get-go that he cares and holds his clients’ best interest at heart. We have gone through countless showings, yet Chris never rush or push for the sale.
