Jerry porter isnt a very good manager hes two faced and likes to date or flirt with the single moms around there. He doesnt fix things. I had black mold and mushrooms growing from under my bathtub yes i have pictures of all of it he tore the floor out and replaced it after i called code enforcement but never replaced the wood. I was getting notices that i owed so much for late fees and i would take him the papers where he wpuld tear them up and tell me not to worry about it well all because he was going to use it to kick us out he served me with a 3 day notice the day i was scheduled for my c section to have my daughter..this rental management as well as halo management are no good they have no care for thier tenets at all....

This guy is a scammer he's been telling my girlfriend that her apartment will be ready but this has been going on for three months and the he tells her ok bring the deposit in and then you will be able to move I but guess what he says its not gonna happen what an a**hole. He only got her hopes up. Keep in mind he's been giving apartments to people he knows even though my girlfriend has been waiting for months.

This such a bad place to live i wouldn't of moved in here if i knew how bad the manager was he acts all nice to your face but talks behind your back to other people you tell him you need something fix he sent the maintenance guy here ones or twice after telling him a few things need repair the maintenance guys is very nice on april 13 my window from the bathroom shattered in millon pieces i was going take a show but i was in my room getting my stuff when we heard a loud noise they haven't replaced it and we are at the end of November there is mold he is always flirting with all types of women my children get creepy vives from him I also have pictures and videos it's full of cockroachs .

These apartments are a death trap waiting to happen..mold,bed bugs and roach infestations..the manager is a slumloard and when u have problems in ur house they never get fixed ,also u will be told if u don't like ur liveing conditions u can leave..the roach infestations are so bad that u cant even buy food in ur house..this property is so poorly taken care of.I've gotten pneumonia twice because of the mold problems,and my children have got scabies 4 times.honestly the free pg&e is not worth the liveing conditions ..

Horrible property manager is a weirdo who doesn't do anything to fix up the apartments my roof leaks every time I take a shower and when I complained about the roaches I was told my lease wouldn't be renewed!!
