This place could really be nice if they would only tighten up and enforce the upkeep of some of the sites. Falling or broken skirts on homes, boxes and stuff stacked outside some of them. Some yards need to be cleaned up, bushes trimmed. Alot of nice mobile homes but the unkempt brings them and location down

I had not been inside this mobile home park until just the other day. It's not your typical "trailer park". The little yards are very well kept. The only thing that I did not enjoy was the fact that it was difficult for me to navigate through the park according to the numbers painted on the curb. The numbers are bright and we'll done, however.

My parents moved here a couple of years ago. A nice and quiet neighborhood to raise the kids. There's an elementary school down the street and it's less than a mile from the freeway exit. Plenty of empty spaces are available to set down a trailer.

Have family that lives here. It's a clean mobile home park. 90% of the homes are kept up very well. There are a few that could use some paint and up keep. But it's still a nice little place.

Jim The park is wonderful but, the manger they have working for them is over board with the power of running the place. Carrying a baseball bat threatening people and discriminating against women saying their not allowed in the gym that, it's only for the males. This man came to someones home like if he was on the task force.

There's still a lot that needs to be done that can make it a better place, but all and all its a great place. Any management is better that horrible miserable Sandy. Some of the people aren't very friendly and they drive to fast thru the little streets. But if someone cared enough it could be remedied.

The manager here is very rude. I make 27 a hour credit score of 720 and she try say i didnt qualify lady i drove off lot with a 2017 Hyundai genesis with nothing down. Now explain why i dont

Been here 13 years. The last couple of years,under new management and a TOW truck ( merced parking authority)driver/owner whom is also a resident, has been allowed to prey on, harrass, intimidate and convert people property. He harrases almost everyone in the community daily. His name is Dwayne he owns PARKING AUTHORITY towing. The manager Maria allows this to continue, and further harrasses tenants by threatening to evict them for standing up to his bullying tactics. It's not a safe community anymore.
