We recently bought an apartment in Shimmer Phase 3. We are having the worst experience ever with their in-house bank team. DO NOT choose their in-house bank team for loans. We have been following up with them for the past 7 months and the response level is zero. They are pathetic. They keep circling in the loops and asking for the same details for the 20th time. No professionalism at all! We have been charged late payment by the Builder when their own in-house loan team has been delaying the process. We might sue them if they insist us on paying the late charges.

Negatives .

1. Frequent flush issues in the bathroom.
2. Once or twice electric showdown for maintenance purposes.
3. No other internet is provided apart from Airtel which doesn't work 3-4 times a month for maintenance purposes.
4. You have to pay extra for water . I mean water recharge you have to do.
If water is over in the middle of night . Then now way to recharge as that can be done in only society working hours.
5. Extra charges for using amenities.
6. No camera surveillance for car parking.

it has the best of the Best flats with awesome Location and surrounding, greenery everywhere. Just love the place the Ambience is Really magical.

Sunway is a part of Megapolis. It is one of the society under Megapolis. It is situated in Hinjewadi phase III. This place meant for those people who are working in near by place of this & who love peace. Flats are well established. All the required facilities & amenities are available. Equipped with swimming pool, gym, pool, table tennis court, lawn tennis court, basket ball court, beautiful garden, and place for playing cricket. Surrounded by beautiful nature.

I had a very frustrating experience with Saffron Megapolis. I bought an appointment when the project started and have made all payments, but they keep delaying possession and providing false information. Their customer service is unresponsive, making it difficult to get any updates. I regret my decision to purchase property from them. It's been a very poor experience overall.

I would like to Inform that about security person on society gate are non MARATHI, and very rude behaviour they have. Aslo not ready to talk with us in Marathi and and they Directly showing as they are insulting of MARATHI language and MARATHI people.

Request to society chairman or builder, kindly take this topic seriously, and try to keep MARATHI persons in security. Either non MARATHI person should be able to speak Marathi.
