Megan helped us to sell our condo in the South Lake Pasadena area and we were able to get one of the highest prices per square foot in the area at the time. Huge win for us. There are so many agents who will take photos of your home using cell phones and other archaic practices. Megan and her team are amazing and will market your home to stand out using beautiful photography, staging, floor plans, well-written bios, even drone videos if needed. You will have so many people interested in your home because of the marketing she does. We were extremely happy with the smooth process and quick sale.

Megan and her team proved to be absolutely amazing during the recent sale of our home. We had heard from neighbors in the area that Megan had represented many sellers and buyers in our neighborhood over the years and everyone was very positive in speaking about her. We had the pleasure of meeting her at an event that she sponsored for the children in our neighborhood and she was very nice and fun to talk to. Seven years later when we finally met with her to discuss selling our home, we were very pleased with her knowledge of the community, the industry and the current market conditions. I really can't say enough good about Megan and her team. Megan knows what she's doing, and I trust her. She and Tracy helped us find an amazing home in LA. At one point we made an offer on another home, but it didn't feel quite right. We were in escrow and some of the home inspections looked questionable, and Megan didn't push us to close. Instead we went on a walk, and she asked me how I was feeling, and we decided it wasn't right. I'm so grateful for her patience and insight.
