Meeko is the best Realtor that I have worked with. I was looking for a new home after I just purchased a home over a year ago that actually didn't meet my needs. Meeko fully understood what I was looking for after we had a short chat. She then provided me with advices that meets my needs and my budget. She even took me to see a property for multiple times that I was interested in, just in order for me to purchase the right property. I am thankful to Meeko as my buyer agent to have helped secure my house at some of the most competitive times in recent history (last qtr of 2020, pandemic). There were 14 offers on this house!
As a first time buyer, i had a lot of hesitation in making bids on a property just because the seller had disclosures put out but selling AS-IS or the market dynamics made contingencies in the application form very much frowned upon. Meeko helped understand the risks associated with certain items in the discosure and also walked around the property at several times (morning, day, evening) to point out features which were not obvious from the reports.
Meeko was very responsive with emails/texts/calls at most times of day/night and made sure all questions were addressed.
Meeko was correct in putting only the most needed contingency( loan in my case) which helped in winning. After successful bid, the closure process was a breeze, thanks to all the loan /title /other key people involved in process and fast followup thru Meeko!
