Prime location with great construction quality. If u work in Ecoworld or ETV it a dream location. Also It's in proximity with 3 good schools. Sales team is friendly. Jaswanth and Prasanth have provided us with great service and were very friendly. They cleared all my queries in a timely manner.

Full Disclosure: I am an owner in this society, but I will strive to be as unbiased as possible.

This society is brand new and located in a prime area, particularly for tech professionals.
It offers close proximity to tech parks, shopping centers like DMart and MangoMart, as well as the key markets of Marathahalli and Sarjapur Road.

However, as with any new development, there are some issues that need to be addressed:

Water Hardness: The management is actively working on resolving this issue, which affects both tenants and owners, and it is expected to be fixed soon.

Electricity Connection: BESCOM electricity connection has recently been established, which should resolve any electricity-related concerns.

Outdoor Sports Area: This is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by October.

While these issues may seem significant at first, they are common in new developments, even those from top builders. Over time, these challenges will undoubtedly be resolved.

MEDA builder is worst bcz Yashwant is the person who is dealing with the customer and his attitude is not at all acceptable not responding to the calls not providing information not giving timelines for the work we have to follow for small small work talking like we r beggars. We r paying money for the property and we r begging when we will get registration. If they don’t have capacity to provide quality to the customer don’t show attitude also.
I will never ever recommend to the people invest to this builder.better go for good builders.

I realised that there is really no point in paying so much rent for such a basic kind of society with bare minimum amenities. It’s fairly new and water hardness has caused a lot of skin and hair issues. All my appliances like washing machine got damaged due to water hardness. There is no electricity meter setup and so I had to pay a flat rate of 2.5k monthly even for months where I was out of town. There is an issue of rats in the balcony. I did not have a very great experience.

very bad management: basic things are also worst and no prior information before doing anything big in society.
1. Not good wifi connectivity
2. Security
3. random electricity cut
4. Water purity and cutoff
5. Cleanliness at its worst

Very good project, construction quality of the project is superior compare to the other builders and convenient location,it's walkable distance to my work place RMZ Eco world, Nice place, Easy road access, very near to Upcoming Metro station, Amazing view from 4th floor onwards, there is a lake behind the project,after a long search i bought 2 bhk flat in the project and very pleased with my buy.

Our experience with Meda heights has been phenomenol..We bought this property 1.5 year back and we got possession exactly as per commitment made by Prashant and Jaswant...The quality of construction is really good...For any small issue Jaswant helped us in availing resources as per our requirements...It's at very prime location and besides most of the amenities have been delivered..We have seen meda heights growing brick to brick...

It’s right behind Ecospace yet mobile network is very poor (Jio, Airtel, Vodafone). Tata play Fiber net connection is flaky. Society is fancy and new yet basic amenities are still in progress.
