MDM Custom Remodeling is professionally managed, and delivers excellent workmanship.
Real time management of work progress is tracked through Whatsapp with updates and photos of contruction progress. Detailed line item accounting is a plus to track project costs.
It was amazing that the rough main structure went up in only 25 days, and the whole project took only 4 months.

We hired Mike and the MDM team to completely remodel our kitchen, bathroom and laundry space, as well as build an ADU. It was a huge project, but they paid attention to every tiny detail. They showed up on time and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. Within a few short months, they made our dreams come true!

The MDM team was efficient, thoughtful, and communicative. They designed and built a home that works well for our multigenerational family. Not only do we have a large, beautiful kitchen (perfect for entertaining), we now have a full bathroom and laundry area on the main floor! We have worked with MDM twice now, first for bathroom remodels and then recently for a second time for a new home addition and new kitchen. For our more recent job, MDM gave us an honest assessment and on-time projection of our home remodel which gave us piece of mind to take on such a big project. After our first remodel of our bathrooms, we could confirm the quality of construction and knew that MDM does not cut corners on any point in the construction process.

The most important decision factor for us is that MDM has their own crew. Their crew is dependable and skilled tradesmen who bring experience to the job. Even more of a bonus, they are friendly, extremely courteous and always clean up before leaving the house. We were happy to see some of the same crew who had originally worked on our house three years ago return back for the second job. Our remodel was occurring during one of the wettest winters on record for LA and even with this challenge, the remodel was completed within the estimated time of six months. Now that the remodel is completed, our house feels like a completely new home with a layout that better suits our family needs and a beautiful gourmet kitchen. Every single person who has walked into our new home asks us for MDM's phone number!

After calling a few local contractors I found online, I called Shawn for a phone consultation about major home remodel and room addition project . Although my budget was not large enough, Shawn spent over 40 minutes on the phone explaining to me the entire permit and  remodeling process including giving me amazing tip and suggestions.
