Matt and Jill are awesome! Their patience and hospitality is unmatched. Jill was awesome throughout the whole process. Her experience as a real estate agent and previous experience of flipping houses gives her an eye for detail unmatched by other realtors. She’ll catch defects and inconsistencies in a house that only the trained eye of a home inspector would catch. I was Recently a tenant of one the properties managed. By Jill, I was faced with some hardships and challenges created by the pandemic emergency. Jill was not only understanding my issue but she also was the perfect Liaison between myself and the actual property owner.

EVen more importantly, however, assumingely in appreciation for my time as one of their clients, Jill went above and beyond to help me through a tough relocation process and eventually played an integral part in getting me into a new property despite it having no benefit of hers or her business.

In today’s world it is rare that we come across people who not only treat you professionally but also take the time to be a great human being. I highly recommend doing business with her and her company and would do so in the future if/when the opportunity arises.

I bought my first house with Matt and Jill around 2008. I was totally fed up with the military housing and the way we were being treated. From the first phone call I felt like I could rely on them. They gave us great advice and we looked at a LOT of properties before finally picking one. Fast forward and I have used them to quickly and easily sell a property and buy another! They are always there when I have a question whether it has to do with a property they helped me with or not. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone whether you know exactly what you want (the second time ish) or have no clue (the first!) because they are as involved as I needed every step of the way.
