We had a whole first floor including our kitchen remodeled 2 years ago by MD Custom Construction and now just had a beautiful new sunroom/3 season room added on to our house again by MD Custom Construction. We could not be happier with the wonderful service provided for the entire process on both projects! From the consultations to the designs and the implementation to the final products everyone was professional and provided wonderful service! Totally blown away by MD Customer Construction’s professionalism, communication and ultimately their beautiful work that they do. We did a full remodel of our master bathroom, where all of our ideas were brought to life. The contractor Derek was phenomenal! He was tidy, talented and kept us well informed all within a timely fashion. Would highly recommend and use for future projects!

A complete renovation from the sub-floors up of our kitchen was a wonderful experience with MD Custom Construction. The dedicated, professional team was on schedule, budget, and very detail oriented. Their obvious pride in their work resulted in a gorgeous kitchen, beautifully designed (with our preferences) by Steven, and overseen by Kenny, with incredible carpentry by Derek, William and James. Was a rare, pleasant, great experience with wonderful folks. Highly, highly recommend. The result is our dream kitchen. We are so looking forward to working with them on other projects.

I can't say enough good things about the team at MD Custom Construction. A friend recommended them to me when I mentioned I needed to do a complete kitchen/dining room remodel. From the careful rendering of a mock up of exactly what I asked for, to the showroom choices and subsequent detailed mock up, the actual tear down, build-up and installation, to final clean-up, every detail down to the color of the grout for the backsplash was discussed with me. The team were punctual and cleaned up at the end of every day. The project completion was predicted at five weeks and that schedule was met, and would have been beaten by a full week but for an outbreak of the flu. Steven was super easy to work with, Kenny was a fantastic project lead, and Derek did most of the work which was superb. I highly recommend them for any of your home upgrade projects!

The work that MD Custom Construction did for me was on my dad's home (my childhood home). He passed away in July 2024 and needed an entire home makeover, to put it mildly. I live in Florida, so I needed to find someone I could trust to handle multiple projects. I met with several companies, but what sold me on MD Custom Construction was Mike Bassford, if I'm being honest. To say that this project was an emotional one for me is an understatement. He met with me, we talked through everything in detail, and brought Kenny Lagana in, as well. I have built homes before, and I know it can be stressful at times, but those two men made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. My project started in October and ended in February and during that time I received numerous texts and emails with pictures and information. I had an email wrap-up every Friday from Kenny, letting me know what was completed that week and what to expect the upcoming week. They even worked with me on dates so I could travel up there to do the final walk-through. If you have ever built a home, you should know there is usually a punch list with numerous items to correct. I lived in that home for 2-3 days before the walk-through to make sure I could use everything and really look at the work, and I found only 3 minor fixes. One was a cabinet that rubbed a little against the countertop in the kitchen, the next was a small spot in the ceiling that needed touched up and the last was just to tighten the drawer handles. I am a pretty picky person, so for me to only find those extremely minor corrections was baffling to me. The work that the whole team did on that home is amazing. I am forever grateful for their care for the home and for me. They treated it as if it were their family home, and I never doubted that for a second. I will continue to refer anyone I know to MD Custom Construction and fully intend to use them for any needs in the future. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to Mike, Kenny, and the entire team for taking such great care of me and my dad's home!

MD custom construction did a phenomenal job on our kitchen. Steven was extremely helpful with picking out designs and colors with what would work best with our layout and style. The crew who performed the work was professional and timely, they answered any questions we had. We will be calling them again when it’s time to remodel our bathrooms.
