Steven was quick to respond. He came out the next day diagnose the problem quickly , ordered the part and fixed it as fast as he could. He did it with a smile and answered other AC questions while he was here. The price was less than I thought it was going to be.

McGrady & Sons has been fantastic to work with to replace my home’s air/heating system. Steven was responsive and thorough during the solution design, coming out for multiple planning visits (based on me wanting to revisit the solution design after fully moving in). When it came time to install the new system, he was patient and diligent to troubleshoot my old house’s quirks and tiny spaces. Once installed, the job wasn’t complete until he’d checked and sealed the units, cleaned up, and made sure I was comfortable with all the work (the mini-split system is working wonderfully). He went above and beyond helping me turn off an old system on his first visit and removing a heavy window unit. Definitely recommend!
