I have been fortunate enough to have purchased my 1st home with McCaffrey and the experience has been nothing short of extraordinary! I love my beautiful new McCaffrey home and the unique development that is to Tesoro Viejo. I bought a McCaffrey home in Tesoro Viejo in the Poppy development and it is an amazing home and we are so happy with it. Very well built and they’re always there and answer my questions if I have any. If you’re looking for a great company to build your home, I would go with McCaffrey homes. Unfortunately McCaffrey has been nothing but a nightmare! They definitely do not pay attention to detail when building a home. Our first walk through was a complete disaster chipped tile floor chipped paint , the wrong countertops, huge nail pops , paint runs all over the house barn doors almost falling off I mean poor workmanship all over my home. We even had stucco overspray on our tile roof! And To make things worse the customer service is horrible!!! The people I have dealt with on having to fix these issues have been super passive aggressive and flat out rude! And upon speaking with some of my neighbors I am not the only one that feels this way Pam Rudd in the mcCaffrey customer service department has made my experience the worst it can ever be it’ is Such a shame! Customers pay 600k for a home just to get the Poorest workmanship, and customer service anyone can get. I do not recommend mcCaffrey homes definitely need to work on their customer service.
